What does GYST Business Health do?
We help West Virginia, Western Maryland and Northern Virginia business owners run healthier, more accountable companies. Our work includes one-on-one executive coaching, leadership development programs, organizational health work, Gen Z workshops and mentor program design. Our co-founder Ted Williamson is also a Professional EOS® Implementer, a process for helping companies gain traction on vision and accountability.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Northern Virginia and mostly serve clients in person across three regions: West Virginia (Martinsburg, Charleston, Morgantown and statewide), Western Maryland (Hagerstown, Frederick, Cumberland) and Northern Virginia. However, we have clients across the country and offer most services virtually.
Who is this coaching for?
Second-stage businesses with 10 to 250 employees. Owners who are stuck in the weeds and ready to lead instead of operate. Leadership teams that want alignment and accountability. We work across industries with a concentration in construction, trades, manufacturing, professional services and family-owned businesses.
What is EOS®?

Do you only work with companies doing full EOS® engagements?
No. We offer leadership development, Gen Z workshops, mentor program design and one-on-one executive coaching for owners and leadership teams who want to get stronger before committing to a full implementation or who are looking for something other than EOS®.
